Following studies in Berlin, Madrid and New York, André started his career as lawyer in 2012. After career stages at international top tier law firms Baker McKenzie and Dentons, André founded the venture capital focused boutique law firm VOY in 2021. During his professional career, André developed a strong focus on M&A transactions, venture capital transactions and corporate restructuring. In 2023, André was appointed as public notary in Berlin, an area of work that he will further focus on through the foundation of Nordpunkt. André guides clients through complex legal and notarial matters efficiently and transparently. Whether you’re an international entrepreneur or a Berlin-based founder, André ensures every transaction—from company formation to investment deals—runs smoothly.
Dr. Daniel Moussa
Attorney-at-Law – Expert in Real Estate Law
After his studies at the Free University of Berlin and a PhD at the University of Innsbruck, Daniel began his professional career at BMH Bräutigam & Partner (now NEON) in 2016. During his career, he has focused on real estate transactions and financing. His expertise ranges from condominium sales agreements (with construction obligation) to share deals and forward deals for special commercial real estate. Daniel co-authors the Beck online commentary on the German Commercial Code (HGB) and publishes articles in professional journals on a regular basis. After almost seven formative years at Lambsdorff Rechtsanwälte – first as an associate and most recently as a partner – Daniel would now like to shape legal advice even more personalized and targeted in line with his values and focus even more strongly on contract drafting. The founding of Nordpunkt provides an ideal basis for this.
