Nordpunkt started in January 2025 with six people around one conference table and the conviction that legal work could look different: efficient, straightforward, and genuinely approachable.

Today we are nearly twenty - all from different personal and professional backgrounds — including two notaries and a qualified attorney at law. Together we deliver solutions that actually make sense, and service that fits around your life - not ours

Notary and Attorney-at-Law – Specialist in Corporate Law

Following studies in Berlin, Madrid and New York, André began his career as a lawyer in 2012. After positions at international top-tier firms Baker McKenzie and Dentons, he founded VOY, a venture capital-focused boutique law firm, in 2021. In 2023, he was appointed as a notary in Berlin — a role he continues to develop through the foundation of Nordpunkt. His work centres on M&A, venture capital transactions and corporate restructuring. Daniel studied law at Freie Universität Berlin and completed his doctorate at the University of Innsbruck. He began his career in 2016 at BMH Bräutigam & Partner — now NEON — and spent nearly seven years at Lambsdorff Rechtsanwälte, ultimately as a partner, before co-founding Nordpunkt. In April 2026, he was appointed as a notary. His focus is on real estate transactions and financing — from residential sales to complex commercial forward deals. Whether you are selling your home or structuring a large-scale development project, Daniel guides you through every step with precision and without unnecessary complexity. He is a co-author of the Beck Online Commentary on the German Commercial Code and publishes regularly in legal journals.
